A Message from Cheryl Fields

Today, our MEBO Community Outreach Director, Cheryl Fields (Dr. Stillstanding), writes us the following inspirational message. Cheryl has been with our community long before MEBO was created as a Charity, and she has been a tremendous support for many sufferers, including me personally. I know I speak for may in our community when I give my heartfelt thank you to her.

Hello everyone.

We have a new season approaching, “fall”. But we will not “fall”, we shall rise and shine!

This year we (TMAUers) are going to start off with a NEW attitude.
Nothing NEGATIVE!
IT'S NOT WHAT HAPPENS TO YOU, IT'S HOW YOU RESPOND TO IT!

Yes, people are going to talk. Folks have been talking since the caveman/cavewoman days!
Stay POSITIVE, learn to shake off and ignore all the rude/cruel and nasty things people can say and do.
It is going to happen, but you do not have to be DEPRESSED or DOWN!

I am sick and tired of seeing you all hurting.
YOU do NOT have to HURT like that gang.
It hurts me when I get a telephone call & people are crying or wanting to inflict self-harm to themselves. :(

Today EVERYONE on this e-mail, the boards, the support groups, will all say together "I WILL NOT LET ANYONE HURT ME ANYMORE! IT STOPS TODAY!
TODAY I START TO LOVE & RESPECT ME! NO MORE BEING A PUSHOVER! NO MORE BEING USED! NO MORE BEING HURT BY FOOLS! TODAY

I TAKE A POSITIVE STAND!"

Come on gang! It starts TODAY!
Have a great week.
Dr. StillStanding (262)-764-0737---REPEAT YOUR NAME & SAY TMAU IS THE NATURE OF YOUR BUSINESS, or I cannot return your telephone call. You only need to call ONE (1) time per week, I travel a lot and I am not at this number on a constant basis. Thank you in advance for your understanding gang. In the mean time reach out to the support group members.
(Still Standing---Somehow?!) Smile!

*IF this does not PUMP YOU UP----you may need to call the funeral home?
NOTE: May post or pass this around to anyone you all feel may benefit.

Cheryl, Dr. Stillstanding
