Fundraising project II for $210 : Cheryl's trip to Montgomery to present our case

In fact, we actually collected $240, of which $40 can now be used for one great project that this $200 video can be used for - Cheryl's trip to Montgomery, Alabama, to present our case to the Southern Poverty Legal Center, (SPCL) as discussed in a previous post in this blog. As mentioned in this post, "This organization has a Teaching Tolerance program, which "produces and distributes – free of charge – documentary films, books, lesson plans and other materials that promote tolerance and respect in our nation’s schools." Cheryl hopes to reach out to SPLC to gain legal and teaching tolerance support to promote our raising awareness cause.

With this $40 donation last night and with $100 that MEBO will be putting forth, we are well on our way to raise the $350 needed to cover the very basic expense of this short trip to include airfare, one night hotel stay, and meals. So, we now need to raise $210 to reach this goal. Consequently, the PayPal button is live again. We would love to see donations coming in from new donors, so that each of us carry a lighter burden to accomplish this great feat.

Our community outreach director and long-time friend to the community, Cheryl Fields, usename: Dr. StillStanding, is especially looking to raise awareness about trimethylaminuria at the moment. To do so, Cheryl is hoping to make a video of her about TMAU body odor and halitosis that will be professionally made, that can then be viewed on the internet. This video can and will be used to pursue grants for research.

Cheryl has been quoted a rate of $200 for a 4 day shooting of this video. MEBO Research is giving the community the opportunity to help Cheryl reach her goal of $200 for the video cost by making a specific paypal donate button that will go only towards the funding of this raising awareness video project. Once this fund is raised, it will be announce in this blog, and the specific donation button will be closed. If there should be any excess money in the fund before we are able to close the button, it will go to the main MEBO Fund, whose purpose is to pursue research and raise awareness.

So, this is your chance to help Cheryl raise awareness with a professional video on the subject of TMAU body odor and halitosis.

Cheryl has been a warrior on body odor and halitosis issues for 20 years, and has continuously been raising awareness on the subject of TMAU.
